The challenge.

Benoit Sansoucy is one of fewer than 320 Engel & Völkers Private Office advisors in the world, selected from more than sixteen thousand brokers, with nearly twenty years advising business leaders on residential, commercial and industrial transactions. Every route to him online was a franchise template: the same photograph grid, the same search bar, the same page every other broker gets. A template sells listings. It cannot carry the thing he is actually hired for, which is judgment on a decision a family or a business makes two or three times in a lifetime, and it cannot say that he deliberately keeps his roster small. The site had to read as counsel, and work in English and French from one build.

The About page: a portrait beside the three words Strategic. Trustworthy. Reliable.

The approach.

We put the judgment in front of the listings. Each page opens on one short declarative line, three words where three words will do: Every detail. Every time. on the home page, Strategic. Trustworthy. Reliable. on About, Great transactions leave nothing to chance on Approach. The Approach page carries no numbered process, because a process diagram is what a template sells; it carries what he will and will not do. Credentials are a ledger rather than a badge wall, year on the left and title on the right, so two decades read as a record instead of a claim. The mark appears between sections as punctuation, once each time, never as wallpaper. The properties are there, priced and current, and they sit below the reason to call him.

Let's build something exceptional.

Bring the idea. We bring the identity, the site and the campaigns that carry it.
